Steps

  1. Activate Tortured Existence by paying one black mana and discarding Dryad Arbor.
  2. Green Goblin's second ability triggers, creating a tapped Treasure token.
  3. When the Treasure enters the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers, untapping the Treasure.
  4. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning another creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one black manaone black mana.
  6. Activate Tortured Existence by paying one black mana and discarding a creature card.
  7. Green Goblin's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on a Goblin you control.
  8. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning Dryad Arbor from your graveyard to your hand.
  9. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite self-discard triggers.
  2. Infinite +1/+1 counters on Goblins you control.
