Steps

  1. Activate Frost Fair Lure Fish by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. When Frost Fair Lure Fish enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soullbond ability triggers.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Frost Fair Lure Fish.
  4. Resolve the Frost Fair Lure Fish trigger, creating two 1/1 Fish creature tokens and two tapped Treasure tokens.
  5. When the Treasure tokens enters the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers, untapping the Treasures.
  6. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat.
