Steps

- Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Amulet of Vigor.
- Resolve the Amulet of Vigor trigger, untapping Izzet Boilerworks.
- Activate Izzet Boilerworks by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol) ({R} magic symbol) .
- Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger from step 2, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
- Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol) , untapping Walking Atlas.
- Repeat.
