Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying ({0} magic symbol)   due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
  3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
  5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying ({1} magic symbol)   to blink Stoic Builder.
  6. When Stoic Builder enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.

Notes

  1. Since you can draw your entire library, discarding down to maximum hand size at end of turn will trigger Surly Badgersaur's abilities many times.
