Initial Card State
- Land with Cycling Cost that can be paid using one colored mana in hand.
- All other permanents on the battlefield.
Steps
- Activate the land's cycling ability by paying
due to Fluctuator and discarding it. - When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol, Slogurk's first triggered ability, and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
- Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
- Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
- Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying
to blink Slogurk. - When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, its last ability triggers, returning the cycled land and up to two additional land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve Slogurk's ability from step 2, failing to put a counter on Slogurk since it has left the battlefield.
- Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.
Notes
- Since you can draw your entire library, discarding down to maximum hand size at end of turn will trigger Surly Badgersaur's abilities many times.

- Infinite card draw.
