Initial Card State

  1.  Land with Cycling Cost that can be paid using one colored mana in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying ({0} magic symbol)   due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol, Slogurk's first triggered ability, and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
  3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
  5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying ({1} magic symbol)   to blink Slogurk.
  6. When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, its last ability triggers, returning the cycled land and up to two additional land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Resolve Slogurk's ability from step 2, failing to put a counter on Slogurk since it has left the battlefield.
  8. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.

Notes

  1. Since you can draw your entire library, discarding down to maximum hand size at end of turn will trigger Surly Badgersaur's abilities many times.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Near-infinite ETB.
  3. Near-infinite LTB.
  4. Return all land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
