Initial Card State

  1.  Land with Cycling Cost that can be paid using one colored mana in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate the land's cycling ability by paying ({0} magic symbol)   due to Fluctuator and discarding it.
  2. When you cycle the land, Escape Protocol and Surly Badgersaur trigger.
  3. Resolve Surly Badgersaur's ability, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (1).
  5. Resolve Escape Protocol's ability, paying ({1} magic symbol)   to blink Skullwinder.
  6. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning the cycled land from your graveyard to your hand and allowing an opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand.
  7. Resolve the activated ability from step 1, drawing a card.

Notes

  1. Since you can draw your entire library, discarding down to maximum hand size at end of turn will trigger Surly Badgersaur's abilities many times.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Near-infinite ETB.
  3. Near-infinite LTB.
  4. Target opponent returns a portion of the cards in their graveyard to their hand.
