Activate
Evereth by sacrificing the Zombie Cat.
When the Zombie Cat dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
When the Zombie Cat enters,
Olag and Miau's first and second abilities trigger.
Resolve the first trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Zombie Cat.
Resolve the second trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on either a Zombie or Cat you control.
Resolve the
Evereth ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on
Evereth.
Repeat.

You can use either
Olag and Miau trigger to put a +1/+1 counter on the Zombie Cat. The other ability can put the counter on any Zombie or Cat you control depending on which trigger is left.
If you have a way to kill
Evereth and available, you can do so after putting a significant amount of +1/+1 counters on it to deal damage to each opponent using its second ability.
