Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight).

Steps

  1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing Arcbound Fiend.
  2. When Arcbound Fiend dies, its modular ability and persist ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the modular trigger, putting Arcbound Fiend's +1/+1 counters on another artifact creature.
  4. Resolve the persist trigger, returning Arcbound Fiend from your graveyard to the battlefield. It will not have a -1/-1 counter on it due to its modular ability.
  5. Resolve the Evereth ability.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you have a way to kill Evereth and ({1} magic symbol)  ({BR} magic symbol)   available, you can do so after putting a significant amount of +1/+1 counters on it to deal damage to each opponent using its second ability.
