Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Persist Creature without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing the Persist Creature.
  2. When the Persist Creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When the Persist Creature enters the battlefield, Celes's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  4. Resolve the Evereth ability.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you have a way to kill Evereth and ({1} magic symbol)  ({BR} magic symbol)   available, you can do so after putting a significant amount of +1/+1 counters on it to deal damage to each opponent using its second ability.
