Initial Card State

  1.  Ghostly Flicker in hand.
  2.  Mindsplice Apparatus and Warden of the Eye on the battlefield (Mindsplice Apparatus with two or more oil counters on it).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control an artifact, creature or land that can enter and tap to produce at least ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking the mana-producing permanent and Warden of the Eye.
  3. When Warden of the Eye enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You must blink a land as your mana-producing permanent to get infinite landfall triggers.
