Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least one Tentacle.
  2. It is not your turn.
  3. The Watcher has zero stun counters on it.
  4. You control a basic Island.

Steps

  1. During an opponent's turn, activate Earthcraft by tapping The Watcher, untapping a basic Island you control.
  2. Activate the Island by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Drowned Rusalka by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and sacrificing a Tentacle.
  4. When the Tentacle dies, The Watcher's second ability triggers, untapping itself.
  5. Resolve the Drowned Rusalka trigger, causing you to rummage.
  6. The Watcher's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
  7. Repeat.
