Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control at least one additional creature.
  3. ({U} magic symbol)   available.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Drowned Rusalka
    Drowned Rusalka     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and sacrificing another creature, causing you to rummage.
  2. The Locust God
    The Locust God     triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  3. Activate the Insect by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Repeat.
