Steps

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Su-Chi Cave Guard.
  2. When Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, it triggers, adding eight one colorless mana.
  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi Cave Guard's power.
  4. Activate Scarecrone's second ability by paying four generic mana and tapping it, returning Su-Chi Cave Guard to the battlefield from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying two generic mana, untapping Scarecrone.
  6. Repeat.
