Steps

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Su-Chi Cave Guard.
  2. When Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, it triggers, adding eight ({C} magic symbol)  .
  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi Cave Guard's power.
  4. Activate Scarecrone's second ability by paying ({4} magic symbol)   and tapping it, returning Su-Chi Cave Guard to the battlefield from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , untapping Scarecrone.
  6. Repeat.
