Steps

  1. Activate Scorched Rusalka by paying ({R} magic symbol)   and sacrificing Jewel-Eyed Cobra.
  2. Jewel-Eyed Cobra triggers, creating a treasure token.
  3. Resolve the Jewel-Eyed Cobra's undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  5. Resolve the Sorched Rusalka trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
  6. Activate the treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  7. Activate Soul Diviner by tapping it, removing a +1/+1 counter from Jewel-Eyed Cobra.
  8. Repeat.
