Steps

  3. Resolve the first

  4. Resolve the second
    Cathodion
    Cathodion     trigger, returning it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter and a vigilance counter.
  5. Resolve the
    Carrion Feeder
    Carrion Feeder     ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Activate

    Carrion Feeder     and removing both counters from
