Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Soulstinger without a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing Soulstinger.
  2. When Soulstinger dies, its undying ability and second ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the second trigger, optionally putting -1/-1 counter(s) on another creature.
  4. Resolve the Soulstinger trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. When Soulstinger enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
  6. Resolve the Evereth ability.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you have a way to kill Evereth and ({1} magic symbol)  ({BR} magic symbol)   available, you can do so after putting a significant amount of +1/+1 counters on it to deal damage to each opponent using its second ability.

  3. Infinite creature ETB.
