Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Woodfall Primus without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
  2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When Woodfall Primus enters, it triggers, destroying a noncreature permanent.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
  6. When Woodfall Primus dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  7. When Woodfall Primus enters, it triggers, destroying a noncreature permanent.
  8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  9. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you want the combo to truly be infinite, target the same permanent each loop with Woodfall Primus's ability, then repeat the loop without resolving the trigger. Afterwards, resolve all triggers, destroying only one permanent. This loop can also be used as a lock and executed whenever an opponent controls a noncreature permanent.
