Initial Card State

  1.    Toph in hand or on the battlefield or in the command zone.
  2.  Ley Weaver and Ashnod's Transmogrant on the battlefield (Ley Weaver without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Give the artifact type to Ley Weaver using Ashnod's Transmogrant.
  2. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping it as it's a land due to Toph and another land you control.
  3. Repeat step 2.
