Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control an additional land that can produce ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate
    Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
    Kiki-Jiki     by tapping it, creating a token copy of
    Palinchron
    Palinchron     with haste that will be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step.
  2. The token
    Palinchron
    Palinchron     enters the battlefield, triggering itself, untapping
    Minamo, School at Water's Edge
    Minamo     and up to six other lands.
  3. Activate those other lands by tapping them, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate
    Minamo, School at Water's Edge
    Minamo    's last ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and tapping it, untapping
    Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
    Kiki-Jiki    .
  5. Repeat.
