Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Faceless Butcher.
  2. When the Faceless Butcher token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Faceless Butcher leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Faceless Butcher token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  4. When the Faceless Butcher token dies, it triggers, returning Kiki-Jiki from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
