Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Phantom Steed.
  2. When the Phantom Steed token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Phantom Steed leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Phantom Steed token, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  4. When the Phantom Steed token dies, Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
