Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Glorious Protector.
  2. When the Glorious Protector token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Glorious Protector leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Glorious Protector token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. When the Glorious Protector token dies, Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
