Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control an additional land that can produce ({U} magic symbol)  .

Steps

  1. Activate
    Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
    Kiki-Jiki     by tapping it, creating a token copy of
    Cloud of Faeries
    Cloud of Faeries     with haste that will be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step.
  2. The token
    Cloud of Faeries
    Cloud of Faeries     enters the battlefield, triggering itself, untapping
    Minamo, School at Water's Edge
    Minamo     and another land you control.
  3. Activate that land by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate
    Minamo, School at Water's Edge
    Minamo    's last ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and tapping it, untapping
    Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
    Kiki-Jiki    .
  5. Repeat.
