Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Fiend Hunter.
  2. When the Fiend Hunter token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fiend Hunter token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. When the Fiend Hunter token dies, it triggers, returning Kiki-Jiki from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
