Initial Card State

  1.  Ghostly Flicker in hand.
  2.  Mindsplice Apparatus and Nucklavee on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Mindsplice Apparatus has at least two oil counters on it.
  2. You control a permanent that enters the battlefield untapped and can tap to produce at least one blue mana.

Steps

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying one blue mana, blinking Nucklavee and the mana-producing permanent.
  3. When Nucklavee enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
