Steps

  1. Activate

    Mutavault    's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , causing it to become a 2/2 creature with all creature types until end of turn.
  2. Activate
    Mutavault
    Mutavault    's first ability by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  .
  3. Deeproot Pilgrimage
    Deeproot Pilgrimage     triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token.
  4. When the Merfolk enters the battlefield,
    Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm     triggers, untapping all creatures.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
