Steps

  1. Activate any number of creatures by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of Vitalize without paying its mana cost.
  3. Resolve Vitalize, untapping all creatures you control.
  4. Activate Forensic Researcher by tapping it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
  5. Repeat.

  3. Infinite storm count.
