Steps

  1. Activate Liliana's third loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, allowing you to cast Zombie spells from your graveyard this turn.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Shambling Ghast.
  3. Shambing Ghast dies, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Shambling Ghast's power.
  5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
