Steps

  1. Discard Eidolon to

    Dream Halls    ' effect to cast Loon.
  2. Return Eidolon to your hand.
  3. When Loon enters, draw two cards and put two cards on the bottom of your library and return Loon to your hand.
  4. Repeat.
