Initial Card State

  1.   Etali in hand or in the command zone.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Mana Needed

  1. ({5} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   plus commander tax if applicable available.

Steps

  1. Cast Etali either from your hand or the command zone by paying ({5} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   plus commander tax if applicable.
  2. When Etali enters, it triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Etali.
  4. When Etali dies, Yedora triggers, returning Etali from your graveyard to the battlefield face-down as a Forest land.
  5. Holding priority, activate Etali by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  6. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, exiling cards from the top of each library until each player has exiled a nonland card, and causing you to cast any number of those cards without paying its mana cost.
  7. For each card cast, Toph's second ability triggers once.
  8. Resolve the first Toph trigger, earthbending Etali.
  9. Resolve any remaining triggers, earthbending any other lands you desire. If you do not want to earthbend other lands, target Etali with all remaining triggers.
  10. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Etali.
  11. When Etali dies, Toph and Yedora trigger.
  12. Resolve the Yedora trigger, choosing not to return Etali.
  13. Resolve the Toph trigger, returning Etali from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  14. Repeat from step 2.

  2. Cast any number of spells from opponents' libraries.
  3. Exile all libraries.
  4. Near-infinite ETB.
