Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight).

Steps

  1. Activate Vish Kal by sacrificing Darksteel Angel.
  2. When Darksteel Angel dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its static effect.
  3. Resolve the Vish Kal ability, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Vish Kal equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once Vish Kal has infinite +1/+1 counters, you may activate its last ability any number of times to reduce the toughnesses of any number of creatures to 0.
