Steps

  1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
  2. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its prowl cost.
  3. Thor's second ability triggers, dealing damage to any target.
  4. Resolve Notorious Throng, creating a number of 1/1 Faerie Rogue creature tokens and causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  5. Blink Thor using Elrond.
  6. When Thor enters, it triggers, exiling Notorious Throng from your graveyard and allowing you to cast it from exile until the end of your next turn.
  7. Move to your next turn.
  8. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
  9. Cast Notorious Throng from exile by paying its prowl cost.
  10. Repeat from step 3.
