Initial Card State

  1.  Sandstorm Eidolon in hand.
  2.  Dream Salvage in exile (exiled by Elite Arcanist).
  3.  Elite Arcanist and Mind Over Matter on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have a way to cause an opponent to discard a card.
  2. You have at least one additional card in hand.
  3. You control at least one mana-producing permanent.
  4. Elite Arcanist does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Cause an opponent to discard at least one card.
  2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding Sandstorm Eidolon and another card, untapping Elite Arcanist and the mana-producing permanent.
  4. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of Dream Salvage without paying its mana cost.
  5. Sandstorm Eidolon triggers, returning itself to your hand from your graveyard.
  6. Resolve Dream Salvage, causing you to draw at least one card.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
