Notable Prerequisites

  1. Faeburrow Elder does not have summoning sickness.
  2. You control at least one permanent of each color.

Steps

  1. Activate Faeburrow Elder by tapping it, adding three mana of each color.
  2. Activate Legacy Weapon by paying ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  , exiling Eternal Scourge.
  3. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying ({3} magic symbol)  .
  4. When Eternal Scourge enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  5. Repeat.
