Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Dominion Saboteur without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control a creature other than Dominion Saboteur that has a +1/+1 counter on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Dominion Saboteur.
  2. When Dominion Saboteur dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. As it enters, choose to have it copy a creature you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it, so Dominion Saboteur will also enter with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
  4. Repeat.
