Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Down in the Valley with two or more lore counters on it).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Wight of the Reliquary does not have summoning sickness.
  2. You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

  1. Activate Wight of the Reliquary by tapping it and sacrificing another creature, causing you to search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
  2. When the land enters the battlefield, Elven Raft-Steerer and Down in the Valley trigger.
  3. Resolve the Elven Raft-Steerer trigger, creating a creature token.
  4. Resolve the Down in the Valley trigger, untapping Wight of the Reliquary.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Near-infinite landfall triggers.
  2. Put all lands from your library onto the battlefield tapped.
