Initial Card State

  1.  Arc Blade in exile (with three or fewer time counters on it).
  2.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least six creatures that share a creature type with the tokens generated by Young Pyromancer.

Mana Needed

  1. ({7} magic symbol)   available.

Steps

  1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying ({7} magic symbol)  , removing all time counters from Arc Blade.
  2. Arc Blade triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  3. Young Pyromancer triggers, creating a creature token.
  4. When the creature token enters, Mana Echoes triggers, adding ({C} magic symbol)   for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token.
  5. Resolve Arc Blade.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You may start the combo controlling fewer that six creatures that share a type with the tokens generated by Young Pyromancer. If you do, you need to provide an appropriate amount of mana until Mana Echoes will start generating seven ({C} magic symbol)   or more.
