Steps

  1. Activate Inferno Project by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it. Inferno Project enters with at least five +1/+1 counters due to its replacement effect.
  2. When Inferno Project enters, Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers, repairing it and Inferno Project.
  3. Activate Inferno Project using Ramos's ability by removing five +1/+1 counters from it, adding one white manaone white manaone blue manaone blue manaone black manaone black manaone red manaone red manaone green manaone green mana.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite creature LTB.
  3. Infinite blinking.
  4. Infinite colored mana.
