Steps

- Cast Emrakul by paying ({10} magic symbol) plus commander tax if applicable.
- Emrakul triggers, untapping all lands you control.
- Resolve Emrakul. Then, activate Sanctum of Eternity's second ability by paying ({2} magic symbol) and tapping it, returning Emrakul from the battlefield to your hand.
- Repeat.
