Steps

  1. Activate Bog Glider by tapping it and sacrificing Changeling Outcast.
  2. When Changeling Outcast dies, Mortuary triggers, putting the creature on top of your library from your graveyard.
  3. Resolve the Bog Glider ability, searching your library for Changeling Outcast and putting it onto the battlefield.
  4. When Changeling Outcast enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  5. Repeat.
