Steps

  2. Crookshank Kobolds enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio and Omnath's second ability.
  3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing from the battlefield to your hand.
  4. Resolve the Omnath trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on an Elemental you control and drawing a card.
  5. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creture token with flying and haste.
  6. The Insect enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio, returning Crookshank Kobolds from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
