Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Eirdu as Isilu, Carrier of Twilight and Threefold Thunderhulk without a -1/-1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Threefold Thunderhulk.
  2. When Threefold Thunderhulk dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
  3. When Threefold Thunderhulk enters, it triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Golem artifact creature tokens equal to its power.
  4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
  5. Repeat.
