Steps

- Butcher Ghoul's undying ability triggers, returningButcher Ghoul from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Butcher Ghoul enters the battlefield triggeringCorpse Knight, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
- Resolve the Ghave ability, putting a +1/+1 counter onCryptic Trilobite.
- Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) that can only be spent to activate abilities.
- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and removing a +1/+1 counter fromButcher Ghoul, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- The Saproling token enters the battlfield triggering Corpse Knight, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
- Repeat.
