Steps

  1. Activate Selvala by paying one green mana and tapping it, adding at least four generic manaone green manaone green manaone green mana.
  2. Cast Hyrax Tower Scout by paying two generic manaone green mana.
  3. When Hyrax Tower Scout enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Selvala.
  4. Activate Kogla by paying one generic manaone green mana, returning Hyrax Tower Scout from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have infinite mana, you can repeat steps 2-5 infinitely to untap any other creature(s).
