Steps

  1. Activate Selvala by paying ({G} magic symbol)   and tapping it, adding at least ({G} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Halo Fountain.
  3. Holding priority, activate Halo Fountain by paying ({W} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , tapping it, and untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Selvala, causing you to draw a card.
  4. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Halo Fountain.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have drawn your library, you may instead forego activating Selvala's ability to activate Halo Fountain's first ability to create near-infinite 1/1 Citizen creature tokens.
