Steps

  1. Activate two lands by tapping them, adding at least one white manaone white mana.
  2. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping the two lands.
  3. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Halo Fountain.
  4. Holding priority, activate Halo Fountain by paying one white manaone white mana, tapping it, and untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Ley Weaver, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Halo Fountain.
  6. Repeat.

  1. Infinite card draw.
