Steps

  1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
  2. Activate Fungal Bloom by paying one green manaone green mana, putting two spore counters on a Fungus you control.
  3. Activate a Fungus by removing two spore counters from it, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding one green manaone green mana.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
