Steps

  1. Cast Rally of Wings by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  2. Kitsa's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
  3. Holding priority, activate any number of creatures by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Kitsa's second ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, copying Rally of Wings.
  5. Resolve Rally of Wings, untapping all creatures you control and giving creatures you control with flying +2/+2 until end of turn.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
